He had me send photos of the existing fixture and the new one, so that he would know in advance what to expect from the project. I appreciated that. When I have work done in my home, I like to watch it in progress. I asked to watch while he worked, and he encouraged me to do so. The work is impeccable. He said he never received my texts (which is the fault of Angi.com apparently) but has since been in touch with me and is more than willing to make things right.
