"We spent some time up front defining the scope of the project and budget and Rick was great to work with with lots of helpful suggestions and ideas. The work consisted of building an enclosed porch ready to finish later to a room with minimal additional work required for the later project, which required careful planning and construction. The construction was started and finished in 3 weeks and Rick, James and the construction crew was on-site, on-time with clean-up everyday and all really great to easily communicate with and work with from project start to finish. Any issues that normally occur in a construction project of this type were quickly identified and resolved to complete satisfaction. Rick was there from start to finish and really has a feel for the end objective and strives to ensure that details both large and small are addressed correctly. The finished project looks great and although only completed for about a week now we are really enjoying the new space thanks to Rick and his very capable and professional crew. "
