"First OFF, ANGI should be ashamed to have this company as contractor. I would STRONGLY recommend not using this contractor for anything. They attempted to replace a toilet i purchased and it was not done correctly. When i tried to call them on it, the never returned my call. When i finally spoke to someone they spoke to me like i was stupid and suggested i do a google search and the plumber (another contractor) that explained their mistakes did not know what they were talking. Despite the fact they installed the toilets perfectly with no issue. They refused to make it right to my satisfaction. They are overpriced, nickel and dime you to death and have the absolute worst customer service. So if you are looking for a shady contractor who doesn't do good work, will "scam" you out of your money and provide the absolute worst customer service then i would say this the contractor for you. If you are looking for a good and reputable contractor that will do good work and provide good customer service, i will have to tell you like the tech they sent out to try to fix their mistake.... "You are better off hiring someone else". If anyone would like more detail or documented proof how this contractor should never be used EVER... feel free to contact me. Our service is prompt and professional. We cover the entire Atlanta Metro Area. We offer routine maintenance, backups/emergencies as well as full system repairs and installation. Financing is available.
"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"
