He did not try to "sell" me more than what I truly needed, even though he could have done so easily. He told me there were soft spots on the roof, but that since it isn't load -bearing, it would last as long as the shingles probably, that I did not need to replace anything! He gave me peace of mind! "They did a good job. I know we dont know how much plywood will need to be replaced but some of the plywood looked ok. They claimed the nails would not hold if there was ANY damage to the wood. This was $48 x 30 boards. The only complaints is that they did not install the same size skylight I had before and we can see that the light is bigger than the hole. Apparently, the better manufacturer they went with did not have my size. Overall, I was happy with the job done."
