"This is the company you WANT TO CALL FIRST! A couple weeks late with review, but Craig came out to help clear my backed up main line pipe. He went above and beyond to help, but my house came with no main line to be found and I mean he was all over my yard looking for it, even I was scratching my head on it. He offered to put in a main line off the house and I couldn’t afford it even though the price was VERY reasonably priced. With having a baby on the way very soon, there just wasn’t a way to squeeze it out. He didn’t charge a thing for all the work he did trying to locate it. I really appreciate him and being a stand up guy. I would definitely give this company a call every time in the future and so should you."

The unit was serviced for the first few years, Now they say I am out of labor. They quoted $5,600 to repair the coil. They said the part was covered just the labor was the cost. I would have to have my head examined If I were to put $5.600.00 in an eightyear old unit. They quoted me a new unit at $13,500. This is basically a 7-8.5k typical cost area. They would not discuss their refusal to service my un it until I accepeted their $5,600 quote. They left me no choice but to move on to a new supplier. I would not reccomend them."

Here we are a few years later and we have another slab leak in the same spot. The previous repair was just a patch, they never replaced the faulty pipe, just put a patch on it. What a shoody repair. I would expect this from a second rate plubing company not a so called reputable local company. Shame on David Gray pluming."
