Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. "When I had a leak in my toilet, Kelly's was the only company to respond, and did so within 24 hours of my request for quote. It turned out the leak I had in my toilet bowl wasn't from the bolt in the floor that I thought. This plumber did a double check and quickly found a crack in the top of the bowl that leaked as the tank would drain into the bowl when the toilet flushed. Since he immediately wrote off the job as needing replacement, which took all of two minutes, he called "the boss" and got the price on my bill reduced from the $165 rate for the first hour to their $55 per additional 1/2 hour. I found this quite equitable and great customer service, and I was able to settle with cash on the spot. What was less commendable was their evaluation of the bowl needing a complete replacement for a small crack. After they left, I stuck some caulk in it, and it's held multiple days. I see no need to call them back. In short, amazing customer service up front, but they may try to rope you into something that will wind up more expensive for you."
