"Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."

The only problem is that I paid for 6 hours and was only allowed to use 2 because there was a limit on the amount of deals I could purchase.They installed additional outlets at my daughters house. One technician came out for the service and was there for the full 2 hours if not more. My daughter primarily dealt with the technician, but the person I spoke with over the phone about the service was very professional and helpful. They were prompt in their response and courteous.
