"The painting job went very well. Alejandro contacted us within a day of our request for estimates, came within a reasonable time to look at the job and quickly provided an estimate. He made good observations and asked good questions during his visit, told us what to expect and how he would address problems. He was punctual and communicated well throughout the week it took to complete the work and was consistently meticulous with prep and painting. He carefully moved and covered all furnishings and cleaned up after each day’s work. He is pleasant to work with and responsive to questions or suggestions. "Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."
