"I should have written this review long ago-but here I am looking for a roofer on Angies List and decided sing Neils praises as I found him on Angies List last yr. Very few painters paint kitchen cabinets but he does! Lucky you.:)
-He was responsive professional and did an excellent job . He was extremely neat and meticulous.  I was considering painting the cabinets myself but I wanted a quality job-and they look terrific 18 mos later-No nicks-easy to clean . He removed the doors and drawers-sanded them and painted them and then reinstalled everything with new hinges and hardware.  I wanted a little bit of a country look-and a lighter kitchen as the cabinets were solid dark wood -I debated over wall color for some time after the maple flooring and granite counters were installed and he was very patient-offering suggestions and trying out several swatches of color. He was very helpful through the entire process. The kitchen looks great -I would definitely hire Neil again-

"Ray responded promptly to my call and provided an estimate for the service even though he seldom takes that small a job. He gave some advise and a convincing explanation on the type of paint he generally uses. He advised that he could complete the job and have the house livable in one day. He scheduled at my convenience and arrived promptly with two employees that morning. I remained outdoors or in a bedroom that was not being painted so was able to look in from time to time. They worked steadily and carefully and completed the project by mid-afternoon. They replaced the furniture and removed any debris from the worksite leaving the excess paint. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience with minimal disruption and most important a lovely new paint job."

"Our Hutton project manager was Justin. He and Gage did all the work. My husband and I are extremely impressed. The powder room is beautiful. The work included removing 1975 ceramic toilet paper holder and towel bar that was imbedded in the wall. Plastering not only these larger holes in the wall but also smoothing the rest of the wall that had always been wallpapered so never smoothed. Installing a new toilet, faucet, light, towel hook and toilet holder. Painting the walls and caulking. These people are wonderful to work with. They always showed up on time, are very polite, trustworthy and respectful, and cleanup completely. They are also very pleasant with which to work . We ran into a problem with the new Moen faucet we bought which had many online complaints about the same problem. Justin came back after the job was completed to try to adjust it but the problem was with the part. He researched options, tried to buy the needed upgraded part locally but it was not available, ordered it online and kept me updated on the delivery, and replaced the part which works wonderfully. He never charged me for the extra time that he had to invest even though the problem was with the faucet I bought. Amazing. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends."

"Chris Jackson has done work for us twice on our 5-unit multi-family apartment building – once in December 2022, and then also in January 2023. Chris’ work is high quality – he’s a seasoned contractor, handyman and "master of the "punch list" who can handle both interior and exterior issues. His expertise includes electrical, gas stove repair, faucet repair, changing locks, repairing doors, putting in thresholds and transitions, repairing windows and screens, insulating pipes, mold remediation, putting in drywall, finishing and painting, cement work, boiler work, downspout repair, and more. On top of this, Chris is a personable fellow and cares about his customers. I’m a relatively new property owner -- Chris’ advice about property safety issues and tenant relations has been helpful.
