I have been a painter for 35 years I have painted every kind of painting there is to paint I am 100percent confident that I can handle any job cheaper and of same quality as any business for half the price I don't get paid until the customer is completely satisfied I have a pressure washer as well as a air less paint sprayer along with every size ladder and brushes to get any job done.

We never sub-contract, all work performed is inspected or performed by me personally, Material cost required in advance, payment required upon completion.

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"I had a minor flood which required a carpet cleaning where Duggins would pull up the carpet, replace the pads, and put the carpet back down after drying. The service totaled ~$1500 and the carpet reinstal was horrendously bad. There were waves in one room, heights exceeding 1-2 inches that Duggins returned to fix. They also didn't stretch it at all according to another company I had fix their mess. Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
