Nobody slacked off for even a second, and it was a HOT day. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing and they poured the perfect 41x12 slab. Eugene and all of his crew members were friendly, easy to talk to, and dedicated to getting my slab poured quickly and perfectly. A few weeks later, as if we weren't already happy enough with the look and quality of the slab, the screen room installers told us that "whoever poured your concrete did an almost perfectly square pour. This is the most level concrete we have ever worked with." Eugene will provide you with a signed work order and a warranty on all his work. "We are very happy we hired Crone Construction to replace the windows in our home. Firstly, there prices were much better than Lowes or Ramco. This allowed us to choose their best Energy Star windows at a better price than others non-Energy Star windows. Although it took more than 2 months from contract signing till installation, we understand that the weather in March in Memphis makes scheduling difficult. When the windows were installed, they sent a large crew of 4-5 installers and worked for 2 days. The installation crew was very professional. They put back any window treatments and returned any furniture that had to be moved to complete the installation. They cleaned up and took away all the debris from removing the old windows and left our property spotless. The required payment terms were reasonable (40% down, 40% when installation began and 20% upon satisfactory completion). Overall, I strongly recommend this family-owned business and consider myself fortunate to have chosen them."

"We hit a rainy period, but allowing for those days, the project ran on time, the crew was professional and courteous. The deck looks great. I had an idea of what I wanted, which elements (pergola, open benches, swing) but Ben did the actual design. They also built a dock launch at my lake edge for the kayaks. The fence has been repaired, they don't normally work on just fences, but did my repair as part of the larger project. The gate will be installed in a few days along with the bench seats, they ran just short of the Choice Dek to finish those. <br />"
