"Cleaning air ducts is usually unnecessary, but people had been living in my place (before I bought it) using the air conditioning without putting in air filters.  My husband & I could not get rid of sinus problems.  It was even worse than usually in Tallahassee.  I could see junk in the duct in the living room after I took the grill off. <br /> Here in Tallahassee not very many companies clean air ducts, unlike Orlando where companies push anything.  But I learned Stanley Steamer did the job I knew I'd like them.  In another state sewage have overflowed all over the floors, even seaming into down stairs.  Stanley did such a good job of cleaning up a bad mess I trusted them. <br /> Honestly I do not remember how much they charged nor the exact date they did the work.  I wrote a review after they did the work. <br /> Quite some time later I discovered a place they had missed.  They came & fixed that too.  This was past the warranty time but they proved customers come first with these hard working men. <br />"

"We had a few contractors over to give us estimates. It was summer and kind of busy season so they all took a week or more to get back to us. I think EHS were among the fastest, which we appreciated and the least expensive, which we really appreciated. I mean we got one estimate to reface our existing cabinets - 1500. For 2600 or so EHS said they could replace our cabinets with new ones, build a little wall to block the view of our washer / dryer (in our kitchen), and remove some soffits that were wasting space and cramping our kitchen. <br /> So we hired them to do that and more. For expanding the entrance way, one contractor wanted 3k. For the same price, EHS expanded the entrance way, and tiled our shower, and put in new counters and sink, and did some touch-up painting, and installed a couple of ceiling fans, and installed new locks. <br /> Good quality, good price. Jeff and Wes and the subcontractors I met were always polite and responded to calls or messages in a reasonable amount of time. I would use EHS again. <br />"
