We had our arbor vitae hedge planted 4 days later--a much faster timeline than others we talked to. "I don't normally write reviews but this company that I've never used before was so prompt and helpful that I felt the need to actually write a review. Today I called La Place for the first time mid-morning and an electrician was at my house in 2-3 hours. He checked a bit and determined it was an AEP issue (of which I was skeptical). He showed me on the outside electric meter what the readings were and what they were supposed to be. He explained what sort of problem I had and told me how to explain it to AEP. He even rearranged some wiring so the furnace would run while I waited for AEP to fix the underground wires outside that feed into my house. He explained things well and took the time needed. I'd definitely use La Place Electric again! I haven't seen the bill yet, but I'm grateful that what I feared was a safety issue was not and I'm grateful I didn't have to take any more time off work waiting for an electrician. And a thanks to AEP also. They dug up the underground wire in my yard and repaired it that evening in the dark! I'm now back to full power."
