"He sent me photographs and dropped off a sample of stone. The stone worked beautifully with the cabinets and the sink vessel. However, because the sample was so small, we never noticed that it did not complement the color of the Italian tile on the walls. So someday this will need to be redone a third time. I wish the contractor would have pointed that out to me as I was not home when he installed the counter top and I would have stopped the install. But it is also probably not his responsibility to ensure that the stone he installs looks right either. That would probably have been my husband's. :) <br />"

"The owner replied to my e-mail inquiry quickly and positively. They assisted and advised with finish selections and suggestions on where to find new sliders for the feet. Although it appears that their primary work is with classic vehicles, they took in my little kitchen set without hesitation or prejudice, actually appearing to enjoy the change. The finished set was reassembled and wrapped in protective covers. The work was beautifully executed and they exceeded my expectations. The set looks amazing. They were a pleasure to do business with and I recommend them to everyone."

"The owner came out and measured the house. They are very honest about rebate programs and that they are not on the list for that. They didn't want to charge more to their customers just so that people could get the rebates offered. He offered a better system for similar pricing, and it was much less paperwork than trying to get a rebate. The staff looked at my house and fixed a bunch of things and made some better recommendations for better air flow and never charged me for it. You feel like you are working with your brother, they just make you feel very comfortable. He was always calling you to make sure schedules would work between us, and was very accommodating. We had originally decided to put both systems in at the same time in December, but then I suggested doing one in November and one in January and he was very willing to work with me on that; he thought it was a great idea. He was just so nice about everything and you never feel like you are being up-sold on anything. He did a lot of little things like including vents at no charge to me."
