"Everyone I spoke to at Redwood was very nice and professional. They were able to come out quickly to give me a quote and were always very responsive. However, the patio was installed about a foot too high. The subgrade material was spilling out and I assumed they were not finished and would be out to fix it. Nope, that is how they were going to leave it until I pointed it out. They came back out to grade out the lawn and add sod, but I was charged for that work. Overall, the finished project looks fine but it took longer and cost more than anticipated. I would not use them again."

We wound up having to remove 10 trees for this to happen, so I really appreciated his expertise when he initially came to inspect the area in question.
