"They are a very dry service. They bring in this big rotator brush and a little bit of spray. It's not a wet clean. It's a dry clean. I don't think it gets nearly as clean as other companies. The coaches were good, because there's a wet clean there that they use. But I was not impressed as all with the carpets. He was very friendly, did his job and was professional. He was on time and all those other things. I just don't personally think that's a good way to clean carpet. I like my carpets wet. The experience was good, he just used a method that I didn't. If you want a dry clean for your carpet, then he's the guy to call. If you want a dry clean method, it's an A. I have no fault with the company. It's simply the cleaning method."

"haWe bought an older home that had fallen into disrepair and had odors, dust and dirt in and on it.  We wanted to create a clean smell and environment  so we could sell it quickly.  I called multiple providers of duct cleaning services.  Many were less expensive than Bob's so I have each explain to me what they did and why it cost what it cost. Without going into all the details it seemed to me clear that the job was more complex than I had expected it to be (this is our fourth renovation so we have some knowledge of these things, not just taking his word for it.  It was clear to me that Bob's had a better plan, better equipment and was overall worth the extra cost.  They were on time as promised and did a great job.  For duct cleaning they were the best. <br />"
