They arrived on time, moved furniture willingly, were pleasant, finished in a timely manner and replaced the furniture with blocks under the legs because the carpet was damp. The carpet dried in the time frame they said it would and we had them come back again after about a year and do just the carpets."

They spent several hours installing dampers, removing duct work that was improperly installed and removing all of the old materials. They were meticulous when cleaning the job site. "Cody and Mike called before they arrived at the scheduled time, which I always appreciate. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of our questions about our ductwork. They did a very thorough job, and I was pleased with the results. Although I had my ducts cleaned in 2011 by another company, it was Cody and Mike who discovered that only one of my returns was actually functional. The others had been improperly constructed and will need to be remediated. I am sufficiently impressed with the quality of service from Isaac Heating & AC that I will be hiring their company to perform this work, too. Their cost for duct cleaning was slightly higher than I paid before (even allowing for inflation), but I consider it money very well spent."

Not only did Randall call me back within an hour but he showed up at my house and got the job done the very same day! "My tenant contacted me with concerns about mold on the ceiling and windows of their bathroom. This stemmed from a leak in the roof a few months earlier. I contacted Mike and he scheduled to take a look within that same week. He examined the bathroom, the other rooms in the house and the attic. He said that his product would eliminate the mold without having to rip up all the sheet rock, etc. We scheduled a time for him to come back to spray the product and he arrived as promised. It only took him a short time to spray the house and I was surprised how much the mold disappeared that same day. We scheduled a second visit just to make sure the product hit all the mold spores and it seemed to kill all the mold without having to replace the ceilings and walls. Also, he has a guarantee that if I see mold re-surfaced at all they will come and re-mediate. Overall I think this was a good, cost effective way to eliminate the problem and the tenants have not had any issues since.  <br />"

"I had Cleantec come over after my sump pump stopped working and my basement flooded with a couple inches of water. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took some readings to see how bad the damage was and explained everything to me. He cleaned up the mess, sprayed for mold, and set up equipment to dry everything out. He came back two days later to check on everything and take more readings to make sure things were drying out and he rearranged the equipment to make sure everywhere in the basement was getting dry. He came back two days later after everything was dry, took more readings to make sure I was all set, and he removed the equipment. Overall, Cleantec did a great job and I was most impressed that they did not overstate the level of damage and did not look to overcharge me with things I didn't need."
