"Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. Profound gratitude to their roofers who were so delightfully friendly and committed to the mastery of their work despite working in rainy winter weather. We were beyond blessed and thankful to have a roof over our house in time for Christmas despite all of the extra work. And big thanks to the solar installers who took the time to maximize the installation aesthetic down to every last inch of panel placement. "I don't usually write reviews, but definitely want to write one for Tekline Roofing. My brother in law recommended Tekline and we are very pleased we had their group do the work. Their customer service was excellent and they responded very quickly with questions. Norm was great at explaining the roofing process, how to get prepared, etc. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. Our home is old and has a somewhat complex roof and they definitely didn't cut any corners. We felt confident the work was being done well. The work took longer than expected, partly because they discovered there wasn't plywood on parts of our roof, something they couldn't determine until the old shingles were removed. Tha was excellent and came by our home a few days before the work started to discuss how they would protect our garden-landscaping. They daily placed tarps and plywood to protect damaging things outside and they cleaned up every day after 11-12 hours of hard work. Misael oversaw the daily work and took photos and the team shared updates and photos on a regular basis. At the end of the project, my garden looks great! The roof was just completed this week and they will be back to replace one of the skylights in our attic that was on backorder."

The people I spoke with included the following: Chris Cunningham (estimator) who took time with detailed answering of questions in-person and by email, had top-of-the-line follow up, maintained a positive attitude with numerous detailed questions (and returning in-person to show me the static vent they would be installing), and put together an excellent, easy-to-read proposal (the best proposal I received from several roofers); to John Frazier (Operations Manager) who chose the work team for the new roof and had excellent follow up with questions and resolving issues; Jose (headed up the work crew and worked on the roof); Sonny (follow up on bird spikes and roof inspection); Erica (billing); Diane (production); and Candy (administrative assistant)."

"I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out. Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days. The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. We will definitely have his company out to do maintenance for the roof and will be customers for years to come."

"Marlon removed the shingles where the roof is damaged underneath from a tree falling on it, fixed or replaced the damaged structure and matched the existing roof perfectly with new shingles. That was drastically cheaper than replacing all shingles. He found the water leak was due to a vent pipe and fixed that at the same time and per original quote."

"Right from the start Ceaser and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a true man of his word. ie.. he showed up on time, called when he said he would and followed up by email as well. I appreciated the fact that he always took pictures to explain what he was doing and why something needed to be done. This was golden to me as I didn't know very much about roofing and now I feel very confident in this area. Ceaser also gave me excellent advice which I took full advantage of and truly appreciated. He suggested that it would be a great time to add the 2 sky light to my bedroom and I absolutely love them! He also explained to me exactly how he would install them so that I don't have to worry about them leaking or having condensation on the windows. Cesar also helped me with picking my color. I thought I knew exactly what color I wanted but after talking with him I would have made a mistake. I love the color and style. His employees were very kind, respectful and hard workers. They always left my yard neat and clean everyday. My roof looks fantastic!! I could not be happier :) All of his references were excellent. He was punctual professional and conscientious. "Performance Roofing replaced our leaking roof (complete tearoom) and added two Solatubes and a skylight and vent in the kitchen. The work was absolutely top notch - as was the clean up. Working with Mike and his crew was a pleasure - and I don't say that lightly - he offered thoughtful advice on materials and how to best place the Solatubes. He also knew when to ask our opinions and listened carefully. The crew was a team of professionals and it showed in every aspect of the work. It was done on time, it was done right, and it was done to the price we were quoted. Mike communicated well, clear bid, good explanation of the material choices, then when the project started lots of photos showing us details and problems and explaining options and solutions. About a year after the project was completed we had a torrential rain with high winds driving the rain sideways and the rain was so heavy that the water coming down the valleys of the roof overshot the gutters - it was like nothing I've seen here before or since. In the middle of the storm we noticed water dripping from the kitchen vent fan, a bit of investigation showed that he leaking was coming down the vent pipe - through, not around the fan. I called Mike for advice and the next morning (Sunday, I think) he showed up with a plan and materials. He reworked the vent cap for the fan (with matching flashing) to prevent rain from blowing up into the vent (we have a very shallow slope on the roof). When I told Mike that so much rain was coming down that it was overshooting the gutters, he said "that's not right" and proceeded to make diverters to stop the rushing water in the valleys so that it would drop into the gutters. This fall I was up cleaning the skylight and noticed some damage along the ridge line of the roof - I texted Mike to ask about how I should go about fixing it and he said he wanted to see what had happened and that he would come by the next day to repair it. He did - and while he was there he cleaned out our gutters. The after sale service is exceptional - and pleasant. Mike takes great pride in the work that he and his crews do and it shows in the way he supports his product. I am delighted to recommend him."

"Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW. They were always on time, professional, and easy to work with. The billing for services performed was very reasonable."
