His price was 20% lower than the other two I got and includes hauling away the old windows and doing any needed finish work. Leonard was professional and replied promptly to my emails. He also checked in with me when I let a few days pass, but there was never any pressure. I decided to go with Valley Glass, but the work won't be done until June 2011, so I can't comment on that."
