"I am very impressed with the way this company scheduled, carried out and followed up on the work. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask Dynamic Roofing Concepts to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Joshua. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Joshua in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (I got someone to put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a dumpster in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. Someone collected the dumpster in less than two days. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. Dynamic Roofing Concepts offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, owner Colin Clark always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement."
