"The company administrative staff are awful they do not even know how many hours their techs work or what they do on the job but charge customers for time where their technician did absolutely no work just sat around or left the job to purchase materials for a issue they didn’t ask if I wanted them to fix it. Their communication is terrible they never called to let me know a tech I was in route or that one had arrived like professional businesses do. They also did not call and bother to tell me what the issue was and if I wanted them to fix it. I guess it’s easier for them not to do those things so they can charge customers whatever they want seeing that they do not log technician dispatch or labor hours. They rely on the technician to be honest and that’s ridiculous when your charging people by the hour there should be some standards but Gold Mech has none I would not recommend them ever to any stay away from these crooks."
