"Did give me an estimate, but after job started, had to add on cost of plywood. Had no written contract. Job was small ($300), so okay with me. Promised written two year warrenty. I tried to get two times after job. I have not received it. Contractor did come out after repair failed and roof leaked. Said that he would come back, if I would call him while it was leaking. I believe that he will. Told me that they had done 25 jobs referred to them from Servicemagic. I didn't get any names. ServiceMagic referred to contractor, JVM Roofing, LLC, as a prescreened pro. Maybe I trusted that term too much."
