"Unfortunately the work that was done wasn?t very high quality. The bid was for like or better materials but the job was done with lesser quality materials and materials that did not match what was previously on the house. When I asked Michael he said he would up charge me to match the gutter and trim material. My mistake was not getting everything in writing because Michael had difficulty remembering what work was to be done and up charged me for previously discussed work that was in the original bid. The painting that was done was one thin coat on material that required at least two, and the caulking was incomplete, which will require me to redo what was done. Also, when asked about some damage that was done to the siding and asked if he could come look at it, he cut off all communications. Even if I had before and after pictures I don?t think he would come back to fix the issues. It?s unfortunate that he doesn?t seem to feel a moral obligation to stand by his work. Quite cowardly. "

Most recently, the system failed completely, and despite promises of follow-up and support, the company has been unresponsive and disorganized. Communication is poor, and I?ve been left without A/C during extreme heat. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability and accountability. Would not recommend"
