I signed the contract and installation did happen 2 weeks later. Javier lead the team of installers and Oziel was my contact on the team. Being a little OCD myself, I appreciated that everyone on the team knew their role and got to it. They were very efficient yet respectful. They told me to expect a 5 hour process but they were done in 3, including clean up. Some things I paid for weren't actually needed, so when Graham came out to check on things, he credited me the difference. The price I paid was in line with a higher end product and installation, and I believe that's what I received. We haven't had a downpour to test the problem areas yet, but from what I saw of the installation, I don't expect any problems. I highly recommend American Gutter Protection."

He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot, followed up with a written estimate. On the day of installation he and his crew were on time, efficient, took care to keep the area clean and removed my old gutters, installed the new with downspouts and extensions in very quick order.
