"I hired to have the fiber glass basin of a shower refinished, but to also have the same basin firmed up first - a flood had caused whatever is beneath it to move/sift away. Interaction at the estimate appointment was really good. The owner is easy with conversation and we discussed many projects and he offered good tips - a natural handyman. I can't recall the name of the person who actually completed the job, but he was a very respectful Southern gentleman, and did a beautiful job - highly skilled. I literally gasped when I saw it. The only reason I gave a 3.5 on customer service is because the repair person hadn't been notified/scheduled for the non-refinishing parts of the job. In the end, everything was done, but the communication issue caused some difficulty in completing the job (explaining the plan again, tools unavailable, re-ensuring price, longer job). The final affect was not on me, but the worker, who remained as nice as could be through the whole thing. I'm just sympathetic to what would have been very frustrating for me in that situation. Also, follow up calls for next projects didn't happen as stated. In the end, I would rehire, but feel the need to make a confirmation call the day before scheduled to ensure we were on the same page."
