I quickly realized why ? they had cleaned my home using soiled rags and a dirty mop that had already been used elsewhere. Not only was the smell unbearable, but the cleaning itself was far below professional standards. Using contaminated supplies in a client?s home is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
