"I had a concrete walkway leading up to the backyard leveled, but the levelers did not replace the heavy rock retaining wall on either side of the path. Within 15 minutes of describing the job, DiCillo Services, LLC sent a crew to my home. Within 30 minutes, that crew started and completed the retaining walls, filled in between the rocks and the garden bed, and cleaned all the mud and debris on the walkway. I would highly recommend this company because they responded to my request immediately and did an amazing job!!! The men were knowledgeable about every aspect of my plants, landscaping, lighting, rain gardens, and restructuring my front yard beds. They also were not rushed or impatient in answering all of my questions. Their warm, professional work ethic was very impressive. Over the years, I have been mastering different techniques to serve our customers with the highest of quality and services. All of our employees are highly skilled and trained. We do everything from mowing, mulch installation, patio design, hardscaping, new bed design, spring cleanups, planting, sprinkler repair/installation to lawn maintenance. "Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"
