"I had a concrete walkway leading up to the backyard leveled, but the levelers did not replace the heavy rock retaining wall on either side of the path. Within 15 minutes of describing the job, DiCillo Services, LLC sent a crew to my home. Within 30 minutes, that crew started and completed the retaining walls, filled in between the rocks and the garden bed, and cleaned all the mud and debris on the walkway. I would highly recommend this company because they responded to my request immediately and did an amazing job!!! The men were knowledgeable about every aspect of my plants, landscaping, lighting, rain gardens, and restructuring my front yard beds. They also were not rushed or impatient in answering all of my questions. Their warm, professional work ethic was very impressive. Without hesitation, I hope to employ them in completing yard projects, as well as, regular lawn and bed care. "

"I had a 20x20 stamped concrete pad poured last May. The communication from the beginning was terrible. Paid a deposit and didn’t hear anything for a few months. I started reaching out and finally got the job on the schedule after calling the owner multiple times. All was great until the snow melted and the surface color is coming off. I have been attempting to reach out since February and have not heard back. Multiple contractors when out for a deck have said they can tell it was an issue with the pour. If you want to waste money, this is the contractor for you. They only care about money. Don’t care about customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this “company” to anyone. Stay away from them."

We do everything from mowing, mulch installation, patio design, hardscaping, new bed design, spring cleanups, planting, sprinkler repair/installation to lawn maintenance. "Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

"Went great. After my pool frame collapsed, I was in a hurry set up a new one at the onset of the warmer months. After the pool arrived, I was eager to get it up, but needed the ground leveled. I attempted to do it myself, but the task was too great and I started looking around for a company to get it done quickly. Roger (owner) stopped by to give me a quote, and after seeing the size of the job (fairly small) and knowing that I wanted to move quickly, reorganized his crews day and got it done within a few hours. Very professional, friendly, treated the lawn and driveway with care, and priced reasonably. Will hire again for some other projects I've been putting off..."
