Hill gave me his card and his card said he was the Owner/Operator of Double H construction & Development.  I explained what I wanted done and between talking on his cell phone and walking around the yard, I think he was able to determine my needs. I had the feeling he was more interested in something else besides what I wanted done. On 2/18/2014, Hill sent me an estimate on the cost for doing what I wanted. His estimate was for $9,050, $4,000 more than my previous estimate. Needless to say I went with the lower bid. I wonder as to the reason that Signature Decks & Fences is listed on Angie's List and the Owner, David Elliott, sends someone from another company to my house. I was uncomfortable with my experience with Signature Decks & Fences. <br />"
