"After researching and interviewing multiple dog containment system installers I selected Richard Brown, the owner of Dog Containment Systems. Richard and his wife, Donna, run an effective operation and provided excellent customer service. I decided to go with Richard because I wanted to work with someone who would not only sell me the system, but who would actually do the installation himself. This is where other companies can fall short -- the sales representative and the installer don’t communicate. Richard was punctual for my appointment and took the time to explain all the details of the Ecolite system which is what I decided to have installed. Since the system includes a rechargeable collar, I have the advantage of never having to purchase batteries. We agreed on an installation date and he installed the system and put flags in the ground in about three hours, then worked with me to begin training my dog. When I found an area in my backyard where the fence wire appeared to be dug out by an animal, Richard came back and reburied the wire deeper to mitigate the problem. My labradoodle immediately learned his boundaries and now I can let him run around in the yard without the worry of him running away. I’m very happy with my dog containment system and I would recommend Richard and Donna to anyone who is considering an invisible pet fence in the future."

"I have 2 dogs a 7 year old golden retriever and pit bull mix puppy. When my golden was a puppy I installed a pet fence myself so, i figured i would take the project on again. I purchased collars, boundary fence unit and wire but, found that i just did not have the time to complete the project myself. I called Friendly Pet Boundaries on Friday afternoon and had a Sunday appointment. Don was able to use all the parts I purchased and performed the installation on Monday! Don noted i have 2 cats and complained about the dog eating the cat food and installed a small location specific unit is the dogs will not eat the cat food anymore! Don and his son installed the fence in about an hour (a little over an acre) and showed me how to train the dogs. Don will be back out in a week to follow up and check on training. Everyone from Friendly Pet Boundaries from the initial phone call to installation were very professional. The fence is working great and I couldn't be happier!"

Karen responded immediately and said they should have the post caps in stock and that TJ would be by to put them in at no cost. True to their word, TJ came by with the replacements, installed them, and he checked about 30 other post caps to make sure they were secure. This level of customer service is exceptional. Fence Masters was willing to make this service call two years after the original installation and also apologized that the caps blew off in the first place. We were prepared to pay for the materials and were pleasantly surprised that they covered this. We were so impressed with the professionalism, graciousness, and courtesy shown to us by Karen and TJ.
