Stephanie provided great design services for our back yard after we added a new pool. Andy and the team came in and re-sodded the yard, planted multiple plants/trees and took care of the sprinkler system a well. Their level of customer service is great. "I hired Eric Knight in October of 2024 to remove an old flagstone patio and replace it with a new deck. Work commenced November 4 with the demolition of the flagstone. To this day (January 17) the flagstone still sits in my backyard after many promises he would haul it off. I had already paid him to do so. The deck was done to my satisfaction although Eric farmed out the job to sub contractors. We agreed to have an underground drain for the downspouts to empty into my backyard. I wasn?t happy with the design he came up with, with huge PVC pipe above ground, which is quite an eyesore, not to mention it leaks on the deck, and the water doesn?t drain into the yard. He said the leaking was normal, and he would design something to cover it. I?m very disappointed with Industrial Lawn,LLC. Eric Knight can?t be trusted to complete a job, and he lies about when he will show up, So, if anyone is thinking about hiring him, heed my warning. The guy is a snake. "

He added his experience to our thoughts and we now have a beautiful new 40 foot by 42 inch attractive walk leading to our back relaxing garden. Nicolas was true to his timing, delivered his materials to our home and his men did a fine job of preparing the site and installing the walk. They were excellent about leaving the job site orderly at the end of the day. The installer Ezekiel is a real master at installation - slopping the walk properly while making it aesthetically eye pleasing. Nicolas is a true professional and a fine gentleman to work with. "Hard to pick from the drop down list of services, because this company performed so many jobs for us and I am increasingly convinced that there is not a whole lot they can't do. They arranged delivery of trees, planted those trees, ran thousands of feet of irrigation lines to the trees, installed timers for the water systems, planted hundreds of bamboo plants, created a bamboo nursery, and repaired our old landscaping sprinklers and systems. They built and repaired roads, built concrete cattle guard footings, installed cattle guards, built fences, and walls for a horse shelter. Not to mention the usual landscaping duties like mowing, trimming trees, weeding, etc. They do all of this with up beat positive attitudes, professional, detailed invoices and receipt tracking, and precise calculated designs so it is done right the first time. If there is an issue they explain how they will fix it, not bother you with the problem. I cannot recommend enough, we will continue to work with them!"
