"We thought the 4 exterior doors needed weather stripping replaced. There was a gap at each door bottom right corner where our cold air came in and our heat was escaping. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend Mr. Ludwig."

"He did a good job and even suggested a good alternative to what I had in mind and it did the job so that’s why I gave him an A. They were totally upfront about their pricing method so no surprises but I am not comfortable with a minimum hourly pricing, cure or not, and paying by the hour no matter how long it takes or if they have to run to Home Depot. Don’t like the open ended relationship would like a firm fixed price. Could not find anyone else to do the job in time required so had no alternative. Good job but $300 for a 20 minute actual job at the end seemed pricey, but no other bids, but got the job done"
