Pretty much within the estimate except that the technician didn't have the correct equipment to shave down adoor to make room for carpet. Ergo, he had to make a separate appointment to shave down the door. That's the only reason my rating is a 4 versus 5. Overall, an excellent job."

"We met at a Home Depot to  pick up the door and supplies.  He cut the plywood that I had purchased previously and when he removed the rotting board, he noticed an infestation underneath.  I was very glad that he took the time to  point it out so that I could treat the area before replacing the board.  The reason I gave a B for professionalism is that he talked on his phone a majority of the time while he was working.  I mentioned my dismay because I didn't think he could work as efficiently, but he thought otherwise. The door installation went well and he finished in the allotted 4 hours.  I was satisfied with the quality of his work.

He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. A few days later I had a question and he responded right away. I loved the system so much, that I referred my mother. Her system was installed a week later. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
