"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"We needed 2 ridge vents replaced on each side of the house on the roof... the main ridge vent, at the peak, was already done a few months ago after it failed, due to poor design, which they are no longer using... which makes me realize, they are paying attention to their materials, and doing the right thing!! The job went extremely well...they actually came a day early, as a job finished up quicker than expected... they were fast and efficient... the supervisor showed me, and explained the difference, in what was up there, vs what was going up there now, since it was winter when they replaced the high peak, and we never saw it... *Let me also state, that it was Cochran that put our new roof on about 2 years prior, and the whole process with that, also went very well... and we love the roof, and have not had any issues with it!!! I did not have any issue w/the new product/ridge vent, or the installation....... So, my opinion is that Cochran is a good company, and trustworthy..."
