"The project went very smoothly.  We made a trip to Paramount to meet with their salesperson and review our needs.  Then we looked at the various options they had in stock.  The suggestions made by the sales person helped significantly.  Once we decided on the granite we liked, Paramount completed the project within a couple of weeks which aligned well with the overall construction project.

"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"Once they have your money and have you sign a form you won't cancel you can't get ahold of them by phone or get them to call you back. They say granite will take one month. When I asked how thin their granite was and wanted it to be the thicker standard used by other companies they said it would have to be ordered. It took 3 months. I kept calling and got no response. I thought I had been scammed because they cashed the check the same day I wrote it. Poor quality granite was used in bathroom. Poorly cut granite by microwave. Carpet scraps were not hauled away."

"Justin and his crew were fantastic. No issues at all. We ended up changing the tile, nearly mid-job because Justin wanted us to, "love it." He gave his professional opinion and he was right on with shape, color and style of backsplash. We should've started with his thoughts and saved us all time and hassle. He too facilitated returning special order tile we bought outside of his recommendations. We had delays due to COVID19 and tile orders, but he still checked in and got the job done as expected. "I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! Makes me nuts looking at it - feels like I threw my money away."
