He even accidentally butt-dialed me after ignoring my calls, confirming he just didn?t care (so if he responds to this review, it's probably PR-speak-bullsh*t). I spent thousands hiring another contractor to undo his mess. This guy knows exactly what he?s doing and relies on customers staying quiet. Consider this a warning?avoid at all costs."

My experience with them was filled with delays, unexpected charges, poor communication, and a lack of attention to detail, despite their efforts to correct mistakes. 1. Unexpected Charges: After waiting for three months for permits and pavers, I was suddenly hit with a surprise $500 charge for a swale that was inferred to be included in the initial contract. This was never communicated upfront, and I felt blindsided by this last-minute addition. 2. Installation Issues: When the crew finally arrived for installation, they informed me that the pavers would be laid over the existing pavement, even though the salesman had stated the old pavement would be removed. We specifically selected this tile because we were assured that the carport would be taken out. Had we ever agreed to lay the pavers over the existing pavement, we would have chosen a tile that had a half size for such a purpose. This caused significant delays, and only after much back-and-forth did they eventually agree to remove the old pavement, as originally promised. 3. Paver Shortage Confusion: During the installation, I was told by the foreman that there weren't enough pavers ordered to complete the job. However, the salesman had communicated a different story, claiming that three pallets were shorted. When I contacted the manufacturer directly, they confirmed that the full amount was delivered. This kind of internal miscommunication and finger-pointing is simply unprofessional. 4. Color Mismatch: Due to the delays in getting additional pavers, it took another 4-6 weeks to complete the project. When the new pavers arrived, they didn’t match the original ones, leaving a noticeable color contrast between different sections of the driveway. While the company did their best to blend the colors, the contrast remains and the finish is far from seamless. In summary, working with Ross Services has been an exhausting, time-consuming, and stressful ordeal. From unexpected charges and poor communication to delays and inconsistent results, despite their efforts to correct the mistakes, I cannot recommend this company. Avoid them if you want a smooth, hassle-free experience"
