"I have been using Minor to Major Cleaning for over 7 years now, and am very pleased with their services. All crew members have been professional, friendly, thorough, respectful, and fun. Yes, fun! They truly seem to enjoy their work, and take pride in the job they do. Juanita has even called ahead to ask if she could bring extra crew to pay closer attention to my baseboards and shutters. "I can?t review the quality of Davina because they never showed up. What I can review is their complete disregard for clients? time, misleading communication, and lack of accountability. I booked a 2hr deep clean between 12?1pm and confirmed multiple times with Xavier, including the morning of the appt. At 12:45pm, I was told the cleaners were ?running behind.? When I called, Xavier admitted the real reason: they accepted last-minute Airbnb bookings, which he said always take priority?even over clients who booked in advance. The earliest arrival offered was 3pm?2?3hrs late with almost no notice. When I declined and asked about rescheduling, I was told there would be no prioritization and no guarantee this wouldn?t happen again. On top of that, no discount or compensation was even offered for being hours late at the last minute. No real apology, no accountability. If ur paying $220+ for a service you shouldn?t be treated as a backup plan. If your time matters, look elsewhere!"

"There are NO words for how grateful I am to Julisa and her team for their work on my project. I'm a disabled woman who has way, way too much stuff, who had to move houses, unexpectedñy. I was literally having nightmares about getting my organizing, packing move out cleaning completed in time. Julisa's rates were extremely competative, and her efficiency was just astonishing. She and her helper had 90% of my 2 bedroom condo, including work ftom home office and tiny art studio, packed within 6 hours. I was on site directing, but they were such great organizational packers... truly blew me away. And of course once the stuff is packed, you see all the hidden grime, so I will absolutely hire them to return for a move out deep clean. You cannot go wrong with Julisa and her team! I immediately recommended her service to my landlord, who has many properties locally as well as my best friend, a random neighbor... I'll be singing their praises far and wide. Due to my health issues Ive hired help for many, many cleaning, organizing projects in the last 20 years. Never have I been this impressed! I have never seen a team work as hard, as efficiently, and as personably as Julisa's team. Hire them! My project was so beautifully done, under budget, and so much faster than I expected! 10 stars! "I paid $280 plus $20 tip for deep cleaning. It took 4 hours of work. I showed them where the other cleaners missed. What I got was a mopped floor picture. 1 shows the cleaned, picture 2 is after I cleaned. Basically, they gave me a poor mop job cleaned the sinks."

From the initial walk-through and estimate I was impressed with Juanita's demeanor - - friendly and professional. And her team is just as friendly and task-oriented. I am on a 4-week schedule, and my home has never been so clean. I try to stick to the 4-weeks, but occasionally I need to shift an appointment and Juanita is extremely accommodating and flexible. With every visit, she asks if there is anything that needs special attention. She even asked to come earlier one time so they could pay special attention to my baseboards and ledges.
