"He determined that my leak was not coming from the roof. He was very helpful in giving me ideas about the roof at a future time and other roofing info. I really appreciate that he took the time to let me pick his brain about roofing even though I will probably not be able to use him."

"Jim did a great job on my roof and gutters. He and his partner were very polite, professional and worked clean. I have no worries about my roof leaking. I appreciate the fact that Jim could have told me my entire roof needed to be replaced like another contractor. He fixed what needed to fixed and was very fair in price. Although price is important I was looking for quality first. I got both from Jim. Hands down I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the excellent job."

"I recently used Sundance after the bad storms Saturday night. We had roof tiles blown off and cracked all over the yard. I called Sundance early Saturday morning, they were here within 2 hours, were very professional, and secured my roof to prevent any further water damage until the repair can be completed. So far, I am very satisfied and will be referring this company out and using them in the future. Thanks team for your professionalism and speed!"

"I always prefer working with a family owned business and that is especially true in this case. They were professional, thorough and patient. I had a roof leak, so it was a bit of an emergency. They inspected the entire roof, identified the issue and explained overall condition of the roof. I was concerned about having future leaks and asked for their opinion on maintenance, roof life, etc. They took their time to answer all of my questions, discuss areas of concern and their recommendations for maintenance. As we walked through the information, I felt confident that they were giving me their sincere advice vs. trying to sell me more. They explained the condition of the areas of concern and what they thought the priority for maintenance should be. After our discussion, I was happy to work with them. We agreed upon a plan to fix the emergency issue and perform maintenance on they roof. To my happy surprise, they were prepared to immediately perform the agreed upon work (btw which was also very reasonably priced) and I can confirm after the most recent heavy rainfall that the work performed was a success - NO LEAKS! I highly recommend this company for their integrity, quality of work and reasonable price."
