"We hired John Elliott General Contractor to do a wide range of work. Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. He is professional with exceptional honesty. We have used their services in the past and we will be hiring them in the future for additional work."

"I spoke to a couple of service providers before I found Silvio. He came the same evening I called for an assessment and indicated my stairs were not dropping but that my handrail had separated from the stairs. My late brother used the railings to pull himself up the stairs and I had never noticed the separation before last month. Silvio came back 2 days later and fixed the issue in less than an hour. He purchased a new tube of caulking to use after the railing had been re-secured (he did not use all of it)..LEFT the tube with me and showed me me how I could fill in cracks, ets. every year or so as things settle. I just thought that was a great gesture!  <br /> He was on time for the assessment and also on time Friday morning when he came to fix the problem.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  <br /> My townhouse is in great shape but built in the 80s...it needs some sprucing up.  We ended up walking around my home (I was showing him all the things I wanted to do in the next year or so) and he was great. I'm putting a plan in place and we'll work off of that moving forward -- he also gave me options (some less expensive, some more expensive) so I could determine how to allocate budget in the future.  <br /> Will I call him again?  ABSOLUTELY!! <br />"
