They were able to schedule the work during winter while there wasn't much snow, and I found the crew to be communicative, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. The quality of the work was good, and they let me know what the next steps in the process would be. It took a while for the weather to allow them to send the stump grinder back to finish the job, but that work was also done thoroughly by a friendly, attentive worker. "Mike was professional and so knowledgeable about trees, he really knew his stuff and took the time to explain some things to us about our trees. His price was a little higher than I expected, but I am very pleased with the results. They did a great job in taking the tree down, they were here just a few hours and they cleaned up the yard really well. I would certainly use them again. But a lesson learned is to take down trees in the winter or early spring before the tree guys get too busy - even Mike will tell you he can give you a better price then. I am glad I found such a great company the first time I used Angie's List. I would recommend Ace Tree to anyone looking for great service.
