"Since I indicated it was an emergency, Frank left a job that he was at in an adjacent town and came directly over (and beat the power company by 30 minutes). He went throughout the house checking for problems. When the power company came, he consulted with them and they tested the circuit and determined that the loss of neutral was at the pole feeding my house (this was critically important since the liability switched from me and my insurance to the utility company). He didn't charge me anything for this visit! One of the results of the outage was the damage to all of my GCFI outlets. I contacted Frank again a couple of weeks later and scheduled him in to replace them. I was thrilled with his work and his honesty. "Frank fixed a faulty outlet in our laundry room in the recent past. He went out of his way for that small job and we really appreciated it. So, when our lights were flickering and some decided to stop working, he was the first person we thought of to call. He took a few minutes to discuss on the phone the problems we were encountering and offered some suggestions. We were at work trying to address the problem. Frank came by the house within 15 minutes of our conversation to check out the issue, luckily other family was home. Long story short, the electricity problem was an outside line power company issue. Frank made the call to the power company and the issues with electricity in our home were resolved later that morning. Frank is trustworthy and does right by his clients. "Once again, great job by the electricians from Casello. The job was done in two parts: initial wiring and then finishing. Casello sent two guys for the initial work; we had a repeat visit from Nick and one new guy. They worked most of the day and got the job done, adding wiring for four recessed lights, two floodlights, removing an old exterior light, and adding 4 new outlets (one on the exterior of the porch). They didn't get in the way and I hardly knew they were there. Cleaned up after themselves as usual. Tidy and excellent work. <br /> On the second trip, they did the finishing work, adding the actual outlets and recessed lights. Everything worked as expected and we were very pleased with the outcome. The final wiring inspection took place and we passed, as expected. One very minor thing: they forgot to add the new circuit to the list in our box and the wiring inspector made a comment but didn't fail us, so make sure if you have similar work done you ask them to add the new service to the list of circuits. <br />"
