"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"This was a detached garage and I only wanted some blown in insulation, but the sales person did not mention baffles to keep insulation away from soffit vents. Installers were prepared, courteous, professional and had enough material to do the job right, but the installation was more than I had expected since the baffles were left out of the quote. Installation was done well and has performed great on these hot days."
