Hello! We are Footprints Floors Twin Cities, we serve the southern Twin Cities/St. Paul area. At Footprints Floors, we know that great impressions start with great floors! "Pros: quickly completed the job, did come back and use a marker to fill in areas where stain was missed. (but missed many spots the first time around) Cons: did not show up for the consult on time, pushed our job back to a different day and notified us Friday prior to the Monday they were supposed to start. They did not lock out front door upon leaving, leaving us vulnerable to theft. Certain aspects asked for like filling in the gaps between board were NOT done, with no solution provided. When I didn?t respond to a text quickly enough they just stopped over to ?repair? the floor with a marker without scheduling a time, changing our entire plan for the day. Less than impressed."

"This was a very straightforward transaction with excellent workmanship from Footy Prints. 2 floors consisting of a mix of bedrooms and a basement were completed within 2 days. This included navigating heavy furniture, taking out existing carpet and installing new vinyl flooring. Carson and team were accommodating, professional, solicited preferences with suggestions to help proper decisioning at every point. The work was completed quickly and accurately per specifications. If you're looking for a professional floor installer that: finishes on time, on budget, responsive to follow up afterward, and superb quality work, Perry's is the company to hire. It was refreshing to have a contractor start and finish on the timeline provided, completely responsive throughout the work, and end up with gorgeously hardwood floors. If you are looking to install new floors, this is the company you want to hire. Their pricing was competitive, but in the future, I'd pay more to use them again, as I know it would be a hassle free process. They also added a beautiful finish to the floor in front of our gas fireplace, which added that special extra touch to how it all looked in the end."
