A+ Painting and Cleaning
I commenced my cleaning business in 1986, servicing seven banks along my route in South Florida, while also providing painting and staining services. As I aged and sought to relocate to the mountains, I decided to divest my contracts with banks, car dealerships, lawyers' offices, and medical offices, opting instead to focus on cleaning homes and smaller businesses, which I found more personable. My expertise in managing large buildings was exemplified by my successful cleaning of a 66,000 ft.² newspaper plant independently. To maintain efficiency, I concentrate on one square foot at a time, avoiding feelings of overwhelm. I retained this contract for 11 years until the company's sale. Furthermore, I specialize in pressure washing, painting, staining, and junk removal. For outstanding service at reasonable rates, I am the preferred choice. I am meticulous and thorough in my work, ensuring a superb job, albeit not necessarily at an exceptional pace.
"After arriving about an hour later than we had agreed I showed Dawn what needed to be done. I place white paper around do dust would not get all over the kitchen and provided her with a step stool and cleaning rag. She cleaned one top shelf and part of a closet. After two hours she asked me for the wi fi password to check her Angi emails I told her I ve had hackers and do t give out my password. Angry . She said I m not a very nice person and said I m leaving leaving the job half done and for me to pick uo after her. At first I offered to pay her for two hours but then thought about how I had to finish the work and miss a lunch invitation that day and how inconsiderate of her not to respect my time. I was pretty nice to her helping and provably the materials and cleaning up after her. Even offered coffee. So, now I ve changed my mind about paying unless she finished the job . No pro has ever asked me for my WiFi in the middle of their work. I found it unprofessional."
