"Very well, all showed up on time last Thursday and all was done by 6:30 pm. I pointed out several issues during the process and were taking care of without arguing. I am satisfied with the work done. I was home which help quite a bit, retired so nothing else to do. I was able to negotiate better warranty and better shingles for a good price. Other company’s used different products that are not actually the best. James was good in explaining the difference. Will recommend this company. Like anything else, you have to educate yourself on roof replacement because it happens every 20 years or so...new products on the pipeline."

"In one word - Awesome! Tim and his crew are true professionals. Tim gave us a realistic time to get the windows ordered (Wincore 8800 Impact Windows with 3 panes and laminated glass - no hurricane boards or shutters required) and installation scheduled. He and his crew arrived on the day he said he would and 6 guys installed 28 windows in a little over 9 hours. You could tell they all had worked together for quite some time. And when they were done every window was cleaned and all debris collected and hauled off. I have not had a better experience with almost any kind of business transaction. Definitely recommend Tim if you need windows!"

"<p>I want to thank Jim, who came out for initial assessment and estimate. He kindly explained everything he was looking at, and showed me damage to the roof, and what to look for. He called in the boss, Jeff Prouty, to address an ongoing issue in my garage with falling sheetrock of unknown cause. I've had several estimates, and this issue fixed once before, but no one was able to identify the cause of repeated ceiling failure...but all were willing to "replace", anyway. Jeff and Jim jointly identified the underlying structural issues, and recommended repair. The roofing crew was absolutely amazing! "I am very pleased. Ron and his crew were on time. Repair work was completed in the time estimated. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Ron is truly an honest man-!which is hard to find in roofing. We really know. He had to make repairs on our 4 yr old roof. Our roof was originally was installed by Lux Roofing but had an issue with the roof for a dormer. Tony/Lux roofing didn't install the roof for the dormer properly. Lux roofing is now out of business.
