"I gotta say, our new paver patio came out amazing! Prior to hiring Four Season Pavers, I had a bunch of questions about the job. Victor answered all to my satisfaction and he always picked up the phone when I had other questions. We picked Holland Stone with a 45 degree Herringbone design, which requires a lot of cutting. Victor's team took 2 days and a morning to break and remove a medium concrete slab, prep, cut and lay these pavers out perfectly on a fairly large area. At the end of day two, I came across pile of rejects. Not every piece of stone can be cut perfectly, sometimes they chip or break. This is when I discovered that Victor's team cared about quality, as to not use below standard pieces. I will definitely call them back for some other areas around the house."

"Great. We had a consultation and described our vision for what we wanted (more color, something to make the back yard look less empty). We also had a few specific little problems like straightening our juniper that got knocked askew during Harvey. Alvin provided us with a detailed estimate. It did not have pictures but for me it was descriptive enough so that pictures were not needed. When we approved the estimate, Universal came in soon thereafter and completed the work in two days (including throwing in the little extras like our juniper situation). They also had someone check and adjust our sprinklers to make sure the new plants will get the water they need. The landscaping looks so good. We previously had a few rocks around our front flower beds; they brought in a lot more to line and raise the beds (which makes them look so much nicer), and added mulch as well as new plants. They also used our existing plants that still had life to them (they got rid of the dying ones per our request) and transplanted some of them to other areas in the yard. They installed a new flower bed behind the pool. Per our request, they planted some plants along the fence line to dress it up a little without obstructing the view behind our fence. They chose dwarf crepe myrtles, which I am excited about as a crepe myrtle fan. I can't stop wandering around my yard admiring everything. Of course, some of the plants (like the new dwarf crepe myrtles) are new and small, and will grow out over time, so I know it will look even better in the future. We are very happy, 100% satisfied."

"On Wednesday Caser showed up on time to look at our needs for a new brick pathway and a new back door step. Three workers arrived, again on time, to do the work on Friday. They worked hard all day and did a terrific job and made certain everything was cleaned up and the work done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend "New Ground Services"."

"Allied helped us out with replacing our sidewalk with brushed concrete, and putting in pavers for our walkway and patio. The results are better than we expected! "The existing deck had mostly curved edges and was bordered with flower beds. The middle level was a curved walkway that connected our existing patio with a path leading to the side of the house. Our request was to remove this deck and replace it with a two level brick patio that would be shaped like the deck. I made the mistake of assuming that this was communicated to those doing the actual construction. Several of what should have been rounded edges were squared and the edge of the top level that replaced the original walkway was poorly positioned so that was too narrow where it met the existing patio. This was 'fixed' with an improvised jag in the edge of this level, so we lost the smooth arc of the original deck (see attached pictures). Additionally, the edge of the patio that should have been parallel to the house was skewed so that it was 13 inches closer to the house on one end vs the other. My low grade for professionalism is mainly for their lack of pre-planning the overall project and conferring with me before they began (in retrospect, I should have insisted on that) and for the way they treated our yard. We have a creek behind us and they used it as a garbage dump for pieces of cut brick, soft drink cans, and plastic water bottles. Additionally, they left pieces of crushed concrete base in the flower beds, and left stains on our existing patio from spilled concrete mix."

"Very efficient. Took a couple days to tear down,  3-4 days to rebuild.. I had lots of bricks left fro m building house 40 years ago, which they used, plus what they could save on tear down..  Very pleased. <br />"
