He also noticed we had a trip-hazard on our front porch where it had settled so we contracted to have that lifted also. Both jobs we done with very high quality, and Stephen is a very nice person to work with."

"The quality of work was very good. Due to the rain in Jan and Feb and another job which Jose was working there was a 6 week gap before he came back to complete the job. During that time he rarely responded to a text or voice mail in a timely fashion. That became a frustrating issue for me. A second part of the work involves adding brick steps to the retaining wall. He said that he'll be ready to start that in a couple of weeks. I plan to have Jose do that work providing he can assure me of completion in a timely fashion. The planned cost for that work is $2100."
