"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

He explained the whole process and discussed his crew that would be on the job. The very polite, hard-working guys showed up on time and never stopped until the job was completed! Long, hot day for them and they were still smiling and thanking me as they left. The gutters look great and we are very pleased with the overall experience! "They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead."
