Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!! I thought I would have to throw the rug away but Service Master saved the day and truely went above and beyond!!! I truely appreciate your service and hard work!!!!"

They cleared the blockage, cleaned up the water, and installed a catalyst to prevent rust from blocking the drain pipe again for the next few years. "I live out of state and recently inherited a home in Floyds Knobs.  While waiting for the estate to clear, the home was vacant, and we only discovered 2.5" of water in the basement after it had been there for two weeks.  We called PuroClean, and within 2 hours Matt C. was there to check on the extent of the damage.  An hour later he had brought the equipment to remove the water and fix the sump pump (which had stopped working and caused the flooding after a heavy rain).  By the end of the day (on a Friday!) the water was gone.   <br /> Over the next two weeks, PuroClean removed all of the damaged woodwork, paneling, carpet, drop ceilings, etc. from the basement.  They dehumidified and got rid of the mold from the remaining framing.  Matt C. made several more trips to the house to check that it stayed dry.   <br /> I am *thoroughly* pleased with the result of PuroClean's work.  Matt C. was very good about communicating with me via phone and email since I don't live there.  I highly recommend PuroClean."
