"Don't recommend! Had a roof replaced and they didnt change the flashing around my fireplace, instead painted over the old flashing and claimed it was replaced. Well now that the spray paint has faded I can see it is the old flashing. I've had a leak and they have been out to fix it twice and suppose to come again. well I have water damage and wood rot and have been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come out again. Also, have a bubble in my roof. So ive paid for materials that were not replaced, which is a breach of contract. I went with them because they were the cheapest, and I see why now. Stay away from this company."

"Hello, One of you're members JJP Roofing Inc. recently completed my roof 2/2020, at 929 Holbrook Cir. FL. It is now 9/2020, and there is many roof leaks on my ceiling. JJP Roofing claims since was not the contract signer of his warranty that my roof is not covered. See attached contract to see there are no warrant restrictive provisions. NRCA: " Warranty documents often contain restrictive provisions that significantly limit the warrantor’s liability and consumer’s remedies in the event that problems develop. The warranty document may also contain other restrictions and limitations, such as a prohibition against assignment or transfer of the warranty, exclusion of damages resulting from a defective roof system and monetary limitations."
